Nothing fancy just another day in Paridise..
Well Mine does.. Today started off normal enough Paddled out with my bud Sand Flea around sun up.. Hit the holes as we headed North with nothing to show for it except this pretty Sunrise Photo.
Hit the Money hole,

Cute Little Fella (don't worry he swam off)
the one that’s really been producing the nice Trout. Nothing, fished it for around 2 hours with no action but this little Spot. A little while later Flea picked up the Infamous Sea Robbin ..With nothing going on other than that I asked him if he would like to check out a Secret Spot that I have hit on occasion, mostly alone, But some times with Rob (The General) Fish Militia. Flea’s always down for anything so we start heading back South in the Open water.

Open water Hard SW wind..
We make the cut into the canal that they used to put the Power Lines in on the Island.. Real tight Salt Water canals, like in this Photo. Get back to the spot which was an old DUMP or land-fill from the 30’s.. Its real hard to find as it took me 5 years to even find it, very remote. I go

Canal
back there sometimes when the fishing SUX and get Old Glass Bottles and Old Jars for some of my neighbors that collect them. I have found some very old pieces back there and its kinda fun to do.
I spotted a few Mason Jars up real tight to the bank, and disconnected my anchor, as its on a float. Got tight to the bank, extended my paddle out to the bank where the Jar was (a nice old Blue Glass one)it was at that moment that out of the corner of my eye less then 2 foot from me, is see the distinct color of a light brown band to a darker band back to a light brown band.. Well Kiddies take a guess what I was face to face with .. You got it A Water Mochaisin .

Way too Close to be to this Snake. He could have lit my @ss up if he wanted to. Won't be going back there till the water cools down in the Fall.

A much safer distance from this guy.. Still not out of the woods yet so to speak.. LOL
Now ya got to know how to react with these suckas, as they are prone to just out and out want to GET IT ON.. They are highly Aggressive and Highly Venomous, after all I am in his back yard, its his turf. So my paddle is up on the bank with a flip of my wrists I edge that Kayak away from the 3 to 4 foot Viper.. As I feel that I am a Safe distance from him I start snapping off shots with my Water Proof Digital Cam, and here they are.

I LOVE this type of stuff.. It is AMAZING to witness this type of stuff first hand..I am Blessed..
The Adrenalin High that I am on right now is AMAZING, a very good friend of mine once said ” If ya don’t do @ least one thing a day that can almost kill ya, ya ain’t living” Right ON RICH (OBX-TACO).. Until Next time, if there is a Next Time JAM out
